Just add water, pour onto a hot pan and watch it crisp up into a perfect golden crepe in minutes. Top it with whatever you love — spiced mince, egg, fresh tomato, coriander, our Sajilo Chilli Oil. Serve it as a snack, a starter or a full meal.

How to make it:

1. Mix one cup Sajilo Chatamari Mix with 1 cup water. Stir until smooth. Adjust batter consistency as desired.
2. Pour a thin layer onto a lightly oiled non-stick pan on medium heat.
3. Add your toppings , spiced mince, egg, vegetables, fresh herbs.
4. Cook 3–4 minutes until the base is golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
