Hamro Sajilo Foods was born out of a simple observation and a deep love for food.
Our founder, Anup, was born and raised in Nepal and now calls Sydney home. A qualified chef turned Senior Food Technologist, he has spent years working in Australia's food industry developing products, perfecting formulations, and understanding exactly what it takes to make food that is both delicious and consistent.
But something was always missing. Authentic Nepalese food that could be easily made at home was simply not there. And while the Nepalese community in Australia has been growing, the food products to match their cravings were nowhere to be found.
So Anup did what any passionate chef and food scientist would do. He created them himself.
Every Hamro Sajilo Foods product is a carefully developed recipe, tested, refined and precisely formulated for consistency. The name says it all. Hamro means ours in Nepali. Sajilo means easy. Together they represent our mission: to make authentic Nepalese food accessible to everyone, whether you grew up eating it or you're discovering it for the very first time.
Our products are made in Australia from quality ingredients, with no artificial colours, no artificial flavours and no MSG. Just real food, made the right way, ready in minutes.
